        Featuring America's Test Kitchen's customary scientific method to perfect recipes, this newest effort does not disappoint. Recipes cover a wide variety of healthy drink options such as smoothies, juices, teas, and flavored waters that one can make at home to save money and insure the wholesomeness of ingredients. Among the vast array of beverages are some surprises, including horchata and a DIY sports drink. Charts of tips and tricks appear at the beginning of each chapter covering ingredients, storage, and best practice. Recipes are also accompanied by substitution suggestions for versatility, expansion, and to match what is already on hand in the pantry. Equipment reviews are included in the chapters that rely on specific equipment for success, but a surprising number of drinks can be executed with common kitchen tools. Larger collections may find this title tries to do too much, but it could be the perfect find for those looking to explore healthy drinks while considering space and budget. VERDICT This inclusive title is a good choice for librarians looking for one book on the subject. Its very scope allows it to be many things to many people.--Sarah Tansley
