New members of the hall • As is traditional, the British Drag Racing Hall of Fame announced its new members for 2026 during the Dragstalgia weekend. The six new recipients selected for membership will be officially inducted at the BDRHoF Gala on 21 November at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth, near Coventry.

Mooneyes Open House '26 • In this weirdly fractured world we inhabit, it's refreshing to attend the annual Mooneyes Open House that is free to all comers. Owners Shige Suganuma and Chico Kadoma saved the ailing brand in 1992 and welcome anybody and anything, and you can see everything from scooters to choppers, customs to hot rods. If you're near Los Angeles in July, it's definitely worth the visit even if it is kinda krazy krowded.
